Help – How To

The initial  release of The Body Tracker was specifically for Mac OS X 10.7 Lion.

We have been informed by users that there are issues with this install on OS version prior to this. We are currently working on a solution to provide an update.

This update will allow users on older OS systems Specifically 10.6 Snow Leopard to use  and operate the application correctly.

We are also in the process of making a few small How To Videos.

The Body Tracker

With Body Tracker and the fitBody profile system I measured and tracked my weekly exercise regime and successfully lost over 17KG in a six month period. I found that this was easy and straightforward, and for this reason I decided to release the method as an application.
